Non-linear Quantum Walks
Quantum Walks (QWs) are devised as an important ingredient of
quantum computation. Several physical systems have been proposed to
implement them. I will discuss a non-linear QW which gives rise to
interesting phenomena, including the formation of soliton
structures. Depending on the strength of the non-linearity, one
finds different regimes for the behavior of the solitons. The
region with large values of the strength parameter shows a chaotic
dependence.
