Registration Form

All participants are requested to register. Please fill in the registration form with all requested information. Note that your registration becomes effective only after paying the registration fee (200€ and a reduced fee of 100€ for students). The fees should be paid by bank transfer before 15 July 2012. After this date you can still register, up until the start of the workshop but the fees will be 250€ with a reduced fee of 125€ for students. Faculty and students of IST and members of CEAF are free to attend the Workshop at no charge but registration is still required.

To stimulate the participation of students and young researchers in the workshop, a small number of grants/scolarships are available. The grants include the conference fee, the abstracts book, accommodation and the conference dinner. Applications for grants must include curriculum vitae and can be sent to the following address , no later than June 30. If your application is accepted, then you must register in order to confirm your participation.

To pay the registration fee please follow the instructions below. Your e-mail address will be used for all further contacts. If you need to update your information, just fill in your name and updated data with a short note in the "Message to organizers" field.
